The Main RENEW facility in Moses Lake has a water heater that is failing. The bottom element
has failed and is trapped in hard water sediment and can not be extracted. Bids are being
procured with an estimated replacement cost of $13,000.00. 1 am requesting permission to proceed
with the replacement of this water heater with costs coming from the RENEW maintenance funds.
