Ordinance 25-032-CC and published in accordance with Local and state Laws,
on 41112025 Commissioner Jones opened the public hearing at 4:45 p.m.
to take comments on the recently adopted Moratorium on
Major, Minor and Un-Named Utility Developments in Grant
County.
Jim Anderson -Cook gave a brief description of the Moratorium
adopted via Ordinance 25-032-CC on 4/1/2025
No Public Comment was given.
MOVED BY COMMISSIONER BURGESS, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER CARTER, TO
CLOSE THE PUBLIC COMMENT PORTION OF THE HEARING. MOTION PASSED
UNANIMOUSLY.
The Public Hearing was adjourned at 4:54 p.m.
