Resolution No. 25-049- and published in accordance with Local and state Laws,
CC Commissioner Jones opened the public hearing at 4:15 p.m.
to consider a request from the Grant County Sheriff's Office to
declare surplus:
• 1993 Almar Patrol/Rescue Boat w/ King Boat Trailer
(100784)
• 2009 Thunder Jet Boat (102889) w/ Tickler Boat
Trailer
Once declared surplus, these items will be sold at public
auction via Yarbro Auctioneers in May.
Josh Sainsbury gave a brief description of the request.
No Public Comment was given.
MOVED BY COMMISSIONER CARTER, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER BURGESS, TO
CLOSE THE PUBLIC COMMENT PORTION OF THE HEARING. MOTION PASSED
UNANIMOUSLY.
Following the motion, it was
MOVED BY COMMISSIONER BURGESS, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER CARTER, TO
APPROVE THE SURPLUS AND SALE OF THE ITEMS ABOVE ITEMS. MOTION PASSED
UNANIMOUSLY.
The Public Hearing was adjourned at 4:20 p.m.
