(Retro Active Pay 2024 & 2025)
This Memorandum of Agreement is entered into by and. between the Grant County Deputy Sheriffs
Association, hereinafter referred to as the "Union" and Grant County, Washington, hereinafter referred to as
the "Employer"
The parties agree that the existing 2024 and 2025 collective bargaining agreement for the purposes of cost -
of living increases, and other across-the-board changes, the effective date will be the first day of the full pay
period that includes the date of January 1" for 2024 and 2025. Even if colloquial phrases such as "the first of the
year" and "January 1 St" may be used, the effective date will follow the method outlined above.
