AGREEMENT AMENDING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
PROGRAM CDBG-CV1
SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN GRANT COUNTY AND
OPPORTUNITIES INDUSTRIALIZATION CENTER (OIC) OF WASHINGTON
Project Budget Element is hereby amended as follows:
Activity 21 A -General Admin, in the amount of $5,400.00 is removed from contract #20-6221 C-
111. The original total budget is $ 5 70,118 .
All other provisions of the original agreement or any modifications to the original agreement
remain in effect.

The effective date of this Agreement will be the date the parties sign and complete
execution of this agreement for funding available, to wit, the effective date established by
the Local Govenunent's CDBG-CVI contract, and will be in effect for the time period
during which the Subrecipient remains in control of CDBG-CV1 funds or other CDBG-
CV1 assets.

4. BUDGET
The Local Government will pass through to the Subrecipient no more than Five Hundred
Seventy -Five Thousand Five Hundred Eighteen and no/100 ($575,518,00) in CDBG-CVI
funds for eligible incurred costs and expenses for the Project according to the following
budget UNLESS the budget is increased through unanticipated, additional ftmding is
received from the Department of Commerce in the form of contract arnendment(s),
