Grant County, Washington SLFRF Recipient ID: RCP-037589 3/27/2025 Dear Grant County, Washington: We are writing regarding Grant County, Washington's participation in the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) program authorized by sections 602 and 603 of the Social Security Act. Participation in the program is subject to the SLFRF award terms and conditions, which incorporate the requirements of 31 CFR Part 35, Subpart A. Pursuant to 31 CFR 35.5(c), recipients must return to Treasury any funds that were not obligated by December 31, 2024. Grant County, Washington's most recent Project and Expenditure Report submitted to Treasury after the obligation deadline showed an unobligated balance of $1,000.00. This amount must be returned to Treasury. Please return this amount no later than 05/27/2025. Failure to return funds by the deadline will result in a formal notice of recoupment and may lead to debt collection. Treasury is utilizing?Pay.gov?to facilitate the return of unobligated SLFRF award funds. The following information is needed to complete this process: • Recipient Name • SLFRF RCP Number (at the top of this e-mail) • Amount of SLFRF award funds being returned to Treasury • Grant County, Washington's contact information (i.e., name of authorized representative, telephone number, and email address) Return Unobligated SLFRF Award Funds to Treasury via Paygov Grant County, Washington can start the process of returning unobligated SLFRF award funds by going to the?Paygov Return of Funds ACH Debit Form or the Return of Funds ACH Credit Form.
