If a separate discussion is desired, that item may be removed and placed under Board Discussion/Decision. AUDITOR'S OFFICE 1. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, as recorded on a Listing, and made available to the Board. Approve request to purchase anew SHARP BP-70055 Copier from Kelley Create in the amount of $10,830-20, as the current one is failing. The expense is not in the office budget -there is $11 000.00 in the Small Tool/Minor Equip &Computer/Licenses that maybe re- allocated to cover the cost. (Funding will come from TS QUAD) CENTRAL SERVICES 3. Approve buyer opening package and survey for the property purchase for the new Coroner's Office. COMMISSIONER'S OFFICE 4. Approve invoices from Grant County Economic Development Council (EDC) in the amount of $37,500.00 for 2025 Membership Dues. Paid from Fund 113.155 (Economic Enhancement SIP 2025). 5. Approve invoices from Coulee Creative, Co. in the amount of $18,000-00. 6. Approve reimbursement request from the Grant County Coroner on the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) to receive the remaining balance of funds in the amount of $17,213.12 to use towards the coroner vehicle. 7. Approve reimbursement request from McKay Healthcare on the Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP) No. 2024-05 Master Planning Project, in the amount of $6,756.25. Remaining balance is $198,265.89. 8. Approve reimbursement request from McKay Healthcare on the Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP) No. 2023-01 Architecture/Engineering Site Plan Project in the amount of $3,703.75. Remaining balance is $42,991.85. 9. Approve reimbursement request from Housing Authority of Grant County on the Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) #24-46108-10 in the amount of $195,196.33 for March 2025 services. 10. Approve reimbursement request from Renew on the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) CV2 #20-6221 C-11 in the amount of $11,464.02 for March 2025 services. 11. Approve recommendation of appointment for the Housing Authority of Grant County Resident Commissioner. (Donald Menzies was appointed for afive-year term beginning May 13, 2025 through May 12, 2030) 12. Approve New Liquor License Application for Woofy LLC Located at 4301 Martin Rd., Ephrata, WA 98823. PUBLIC DEFENSE 13. Approve Resolution No. 25-048-CC and Inter -Agency Agreement IAA25011 with Washington State Office of Public Defense (OPD) to support placement of a Rural Public Defense Fellow. Approve Reimbursable Work Request for the Grant County Port District #9 for potholes on Corporate St., Airport St/Cap Access hot mix for a maximum of $42,597.89 to be completed no Later than October 1, 2025. WSU EXTENSION 15. Approve Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between Washington State University Extension and Grant County for non-federal funds provided by the county in support of their extension activities. Term is January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025 in the amount of $139,040.00. MOVED BY COMMISSIONER CARTER, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER BURGESS, TO APPROVE THE CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS 1 THROUGH 15 AS PRESENTED. MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. G. Board Discussion/Decision Items I. Josh Sainsbury gave a brief description of the request. No Public Comment was given. MOVED BY COMMISSIONER CARTER, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER BURGESS, TO CLOSE THE PUBLIC COMMENT PORTION OF THE HEARING. MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.
