This correspondence is to request an extension on the deadline for completion of the Strategic
Infrastructure Project SIP No. 2020-02 for the Rodeo Ground Improvements project from February
141 2025 to December 31, 2026. The SIP grant included partial construction funds. The Town
has not yet fully obtained the construction funding, , and doesn't anticipate construction occurring
until 202M. We have submitted an application for capital budget funds and are awaitiner the
Governor's final decision and signature. . The -",I
e additional time will give the Town the opportunity
to obtain additional construction funding, and complete the construction of the project. -
