Authorizing this request would extend the SIP Grant 2024-03 expiration date to August 20, 2026, which provides for the design to be conducted in 2025 and construction in 2026. The proposed Phase 2 Reclaimed Water Pipe project extends the reclaimed waterline to the Port of Ephrata properties. The availability of cost-effective reclaimed waterfor current and future Port clients will be a strategic economic benefit for the greater community.
