On April 0 1, 2025, the Commissioners held a bid opening for the Paper of
Record for legal notices. The following bid was received:
1. Columbia Basin Herald $5.60 / per column inch
After review and discussion, a motion was made by Commissioner Carter,
seconded by Commissioner Burgess, to award the paper of record from July 1,
2025 — June 30, 2026 to the Columbia Basin Herald in the amount of $5.60 per
column inch. The motion passed unanimously.

The Board of County Commissioners held a Bid Opening today for the printing of County Legal
Notices for the year beginning July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026. The Board awarded the
bid to the Columbia Basin Herald at $5.60 per column inch.
