MDT components, The following Information will be included in the Me tract
systeino. client demographios including age, e0micity, disability, and gender. Tho case

National C hildren's Alliance (NCA),
4., Law enformment and the Department of CbIldren Youth and Families (DOW) may
utflize Kids Hope to condixot child forensic interviews, when deemed appropriate, and
will make every .attempt uec=W to attend tho interview.

5, Law enforcement will inyestigate mports of child sexual abuse, ch-Ud physical abuse,
child tioglect, and non-acoidental odd &ath, and will refer completed -investigations to
Clio appropriate Prosecuthig Attomey,
6. Non -acute child exam'nations will he per f6nned by a qualified. modiooJ provider and vill
be solieduled by law enforcement, DCYF or the MDT coorftator-
7. Initi at otnergent cWld medical examinationa and child sexual assautt examinations will be
performed by a qualffied medical provider.
