RESOLUTION TO DECLARE RESOLUTION No. 25- Oiq -CC
SURPLUS GRANT COUNTY
FAIRGROUNDS SCRAP METAL
WHEREAS, The Grant County Fairgrounds has scrap steel (panels, posts, wheel lines
etc) : and
WHEREAS, The Grant County Fairgrounds has determined that these no longer have
value; and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Fairgrounds is requesting that the Grant County Board of
Commissioners declare surplus these items; and
WHEREAS, once surplused, they will be placed on the govdeals.com website for sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare as surplus scrap steel held by the Fairgrounds.
