RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION No. 25- 043 -CC
RESOLUTION 20-001-CC AND ADD
WORK TO CRP 20-05
WHEREAS, Resolution 20-001-CC designated gravel -to -oil improvement of Road 7.8 NE under
CRP 20-05, State Road Log No. 940®25 from milepost 0.00 to milepost 1.16; AND
WHEREAS, Public Works is ready to perform the work this year (2025), as designated in the
approved 2025-2030 Transportation Improvement Program; AND
WHEREAS, The County Engineer in consultation with the Road Maintenance Staff recommends
amending CRP 20-05 to add a small side road to the work scope as shown on the attached Map Exhibit
in red; AND
WHEREAS, Oiling the side Road D-NE will complete the paving for this area, and the additional
cost is minimal, as the oiling equipment will all be there at this time; AND
WHEREAS, IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT Road Dom, State Road Log No. 466228 from
milepost 0.00 to milepost 0®21, be added to CRP 20-05.
An appropriation from the officially adopted road fund budget and based on the County
Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown:

These projects are hereby declared to be public necessity and the county road engineer is hereby and authorized to
report and proceed thereon as by law provided, (RCW 3675.050. 36.80.030, 36.80.070)(Optional References).
