Please allow the Fairgrounds tosurplus the following equipment. It isnolonger used and has little orno
value tothe fairgrounds.
Pig panels per photo — there is no inventory number associated with these panels.
Panels will be sold on govdeals.com/wasurplus. Trailer is not part of the surplus

RESOLUTION DECLARING
SURPLUS FAIRGROUNDS
EQUIPMENT AND ORDERING THE
SALE OR DISPOSAL THEREOF
RESOLUTION No. 25- 04Z-CC
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.34.010, the Grant County Board of Commissioners
(Board) has authority to determine whether real or personal property owned by the county is surplus
to the needs of the county; and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Fairgrounds has old Pig Show Ring Panels with no inventory
number associated with them; and
WHEREAS, these panels are no longer used and has little or no value to the Fairgrounds;
and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Fairgrounds has requested that the Board declare this
equipment surplus; and
WHEREAS, once declared surplus, these panels will be sold via
www.govdeals.com/wasulplus and if there are no bidders, they will be scrapped.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declares as surplus the Fairgrounds Pig Show Ring Panels and ordering the sale or
disposal thereof.
