(OPPORTUNITIES INDUSTRIALIZAITON CENTER) SIGNED THE 1st DAY OF
APRIL 2025
Budget Revision/Scope of Work is hereby amended as follows:
Transfer of remaining funds from 18C (8313) Micro enterprise, in the amount of $62,074.01 to
OSQ (8311) Subsistence Payments, per Attachment 1-H (1) to contract #20-6221C-111.
All other provisions of the original agreement or any modifications to the original agreement
remain in effect.
