AUDITOR'S OFFICE 1. Approve payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, as recorded on a listing, and made available to the Board. COMMISSIONER'S OFFICE 2. Approve reimbursement request from City of Moses Lake on Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) 24-46108-10 in the amount of $55,132.14 for January 2025 expenses. 3. Approve reimbursement request from Renew for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) CV2 No. 20-6221C-111 in the amount of $8,,569.75 for January 2025 expenses. 4. Approve reimbursement request from New Hope on American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) in the amount of $29,579.14 for January 2025 expenses. 5. Approve reimbursement request from New Hope on Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) 24- 46108-10 in the amount of $29,,177.68 for January 2025 expenses. 6. Approve reimbursement request from Hopesource on Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) 24- 46108-10 in the amount of $25.,408.70 for January 2025 expenses. 7. Approve application for a Special Occasion Liquor License Application for New Life Christian School of Ephrata at Chuck Yarbro Auctioneers, 2566 N Frontage Rd, Moses Lake, on March 1, 2025 from 4:30 pm — 8:00 pm, from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board. 8. Approval of Interlocal Investment Services Agreement with the Town of Wilson Creek for the County Treasurer to invest monies to the Pool on the city's behalf. Term is upon signature through December 31, 2035. 9. Held from the 2/11/25 Consent Agenda: Approval of Ordinance amending Ch. 2.04 of the Grant County Code titled "Board of county Commissioners" and amending the time of their weekly meeting to 1:00 p.m. each Tuesday. 10. Approval of recommendation from the Veterans Advisory Board for the lease of office space to the Vietnam Veterans of America on Wheeler Road, Moses Lake. 11. Approval of invoice #130105 from Government Executive Media Group in the amount of $10,500.00 for the Professional Development Academy attended by certain county employees. Approval of amendment to Parametrix Fiscal Year 2025 Engineering and Environmental Services Scope and Budget for the Ephrata Landfill. Presented was Amendment "27" when it should have been Amendment "29". This was originally signed on 2/11/25. SHERIFF'S OFFICE 14. Approval of Contract 2024-2026 Grant County Sheriff Towing Contract with H D Towing and Repair. Term is 12/9/24 through 12/31/26. 15. Approval of Contract 2024-2026 Grant County Sheriff Towing Contract with Silverline Towing. Term is 2/11/25 through 12/31/26. TECHNOLOGY SERVICES 16. Approval of Purchase Order No. 1018 to AccTech — A Systems Integrator for annual renewal of Microsoft -Dynamics GP in the amount of $124,270.00.
