RESOLUTION TO DECLARE RESOLUTION No. 25- v2) -CC
SURPLUS JUVENILE COURT &
YOUTH SERVICES
MOTOROLA CB CAR RADIO
WHEREAS, The Grant County Juvenile Court & Youth Services has a Motorola CB Car Radio
Model: CDM1250, with Asset Tag No. 104535, Serial #103TPGB468; and,
WHEREAS, This radio was removed from the Grant County Juvenile Court & Youth Services
Car 612; and,
WHEREAS, The Grant County Juvenile Court & Youth Services has determined that this radio
is no longer needed for the replacement vehicle; and,
WHEREAS, the Grant County Juvenile Court & Youth Services is requesting that the Grant
County Board of Commissioners declare surplus this item; and,
WHEREAS, once surplused, this radio will be properly disposed of in the designated waste
container.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare as surplus the Motorola CB Car Radio.
