Section: IV. Compensation: This section will be removed and replaced in its entirety as follows: "AOC shall reimburse the Court a maximum amount total of $94,500.00. A. A(][| shall reimburse the Court a rnoxirnurn of seventy-nine thousand dollars ($79,000) for FJCIP coordinator salary and benefits costs incurred during the term ofthis Agreement. B. AOC shall reimburse the Court a one-time startup amount of up to five thousand dollars ($5,000) for technology and office furniture needed to ensure that the FJC|PCoordinator has the tools they need toconduct data ana|ymis, facilitate virtual and in person rneetinQs, and perform other tasks required for continuous quality improvement. Purchases shall be made and goods and services must be received on or before June 30. 2025 the effective date of termination of this agreement. Receipts for purchased items shall be included with the invoice(s). Four thousand dollars ($4,000)will be allocated toaninperson cross -system retreat to engage local dependency court partners in one or more of the following areas; acquiring new ekiUa, addressing court culture, building cross - system oo|\abonation, or changing practice; all with e shared goal of improving outcomes for children, families and the professionals who support them. D. Five thousand five hundred dollars ($5,500) will be allocated to trauma responsive supports tointentionally design physical spaces incourthouses or supplies needed to implement or sustain trauma responsive projects for families involved in the Family and Juvenile Court, To include but not limited to protein rich snacks for Protein for All programs. E. One thousand dollars ($1,000) will be allocated to family engagement activities, supplies, and event costs to support family reunification day events u u�kci*,aL.Offi-ce.r�-w/ith-pa have been reunified with their children. F. The funding may cover in person rnea|s, venue expenses, mupp|ies, and speaker or facilitator fees. Funds utilized under this agreement for meal"s may not exceed authorized Washington rates. Funding priority under this agreement shall be for an in person cross -system retreat, excess funding may be utilized for additional in person training events. H. Before payment can be processed, p rope rly-completed invoices on state form A,19 must be submitted to AOC'o Payeb|es Department at pw/ablesp,courts.wa.gov and C{} AOC Project Manager Kelly Warner -King at ' |. The Court shall submit invoices monthly or quarterly to AOC for expenditures no more than 30 days poet events or expenses. A|lA-1Q invoices shall be submitted to AOC no later than July 15. 2025 for reimbursement or3O days from the date of purchase for reimbursement. J. If this agreement is terminated, the Court shall only receive payment for performance rendered or costs incurred in accordance with the tomno of this Agreement prior tothe effective date oftermination. K. The Court shall maintain sufficient backup documentation ofexpenses under this Agreement. L. Payments made by ADC within 30 days of receipt of properly -completed A- 18invoice shall bedeemed timely. ^ B. Section: \/. Revenue Sharing: An item will be added at the end of this section as follows: "C. Through annendrnen12. AOC has determined the Court is unlikely to expend the rnaxirnurn amount of funds available to engage the services of the Court to improve and support family and juvenile court operations.
