Re: Parametrix Fiscal Year 2025 Engineering and Environmental Services Amendment - Numbering
Correction
Dear Members of the Grant County Board of Commissioners:
On February 11, 2025 you approved Parametrix's Fiscal Year 2025 Engineering And Environmental
Services Scope and Budget for the Ephrata Landfill. After the approval was completed and the
document signed, we noted an error in the scope and budget. While the amendment states that it is
to provide services for fiscal year 2025, we erroneously labeled this "Amendment 27" instead of
"Amendment 29." Last year Amendments 27 and 28 were used for the 2024 Engineering and
Environmental Services and to modify the value of the 2024 amendment to include Holt Services as
a drilling sub -contractor respectively. The two instances where the scope and budget should be
corrected are on the headers for Exhibit A (scope) and Exhibit B (budget). We would like to request
these references to Amendment 27 be changed to Amendment 29 and the amendment be referred
to as such from this point forward.
