This is a request for approval to purchase a new copy machine/printer for the Department of
Public Defense. The current machine is needing frequent repairs and part replacements. It
currently has 1,085,832 copies or pages printed. With the age (10 years) and volume of the
current copier, service issues will become more frequent and could reduce productivity as a
result.
A new copier/printer was included in the 2025 budget. Capital Outlay Requested/Approved for
$11,000. Attached is Kelley Create proposal/quote price for $10,567.00 excluding sales tax.
