Re: Refund of Permit Fees
Good day Commissioners. I have received a refund request dated October 21,2024 from John
Eilers for a propane tank installation that did not occur. The permit number is BF22-156.
The adopted fee schedule includes the deposit and refund policy. Under line item #3, "Projects
that are canceled by the applicant may only receive 80% of the permit fee paid upon written
request. Any plan review fees are not subject to refund."
The combined permit and plan review fee for this project was $315.00. $15.00 of that is was a
planning plan review fee and is not subject to refund.
80% of $300 is. $240, so I am requesting authorization to refund John Eilers $240.00 for this
voided permit.
