Dear Commissioners
We are asking for an extension on the Strategic Infrastructure Project --SIP No. 2023.05.
The project name is the new Coulee City Medical. Clinic and Library. The majority of the
work has been completed with just a few small, finishes that need to be made, door locks
changed and flooring trim work finished. We are estimating that the final completion date
will, be July 31, 2025.
Please Let me know if there is any other information that you might need. We appreciate
your willingness to work with us on this project.
