RESOLUTION RESCINDING THE
TRANSFER OF JURISDICTION TO
GRANT COUNTY PUD BY RESCINDING
Resolution 24-129-CC for
Bridge No. 350 on R-NW roadlog 30330 in
Sections 36 of T21N R23EWM AND
Section 31 T21NR24EWM
RESOLUTION No. 25- 0 / -CC
WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 39.33.010, Grant County, a political subdivision
of the State of Washington, acting through its Board of County Commissioners, recognizes the
benefits of transferring jurisdiction of portions of county roads and rights -of -way, namely that
bridge known as No. 350 R-NW roadlog 30330 as described below and as shown in Exhibit A:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Bridge No. 350 R-NW roadlog 30330, centered at approximately
milepost 0.82, in Section 36 of T21N R23EWM and Section 31 T21N R24EWM, All in
Grant County, Washington, and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Board of Commissioners did proceed with the transfer of
ownership to Grant County PUD as mutually agreed, via Resolution 24-129-CC; and
WHEREAS, the PUD recognized that the proper procedures were not followed on their end
and respectfully requested Grant County Board of Commissioners to rescind said Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Grant County Board of
Commissioners, RESCIND Resolution No. 24-129-CC and the transfer for the rights -of -
way to the Grant County PUD as described above with Grant County retaining all existing
authority and jurisdiction.
