The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to declare surplus certain county -owned
equipment.
Jim McKiernan, Fairgrounds Director, discussed the request.
A motion was made by Commissioner Carter, seconded by Commissioner Stone, to close the public
comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed unanimously. A motion was made by
Commissioner Stone to approve the surplus as presented. Commissioner Carter seconded and the
motion passed unanimously. The hearing adjourned.
