RESOLUTION TO DECLARE RESOLUTION 24- ! 3'{ -CC
SURPLUS FAIRGROUNDS
EQUIPMENT AND ORDERING
THE SALE THEREOF
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners gave of its intention to surplus and
dispose of said equipment listed on Attachments A through the following site
www.govdeals.com/wasurplus; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the said proposition on December 10, 2024 at
3:50 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, having fully considered the proposition, finds
that said Fairgrounds equipment are not required for County purposes and that the public will
benefit by declaring said property surplus and disposing of them in a manner consistent with
RCW 36.34.080.

Inventory 101442, Case 1190 Tractor
Please cancel the request to surplus:
Inventory #101453, Massey Ferguson 383 Tractor, serial number B37520. This tractor will be kept
instead of the 1190 as it is in much better condition than originally thought and runs well,
Case 1190 will be sold on govdealscom/wasurplus
