AUDITOR'S OFFICE

CENTRAL SERVICES
2. Request to proceed with planning and design of the new Coroner's Office on a County -owned
parcel on Randolph Road in Moses Lake, Washington. Grant County owns this property and can
begin right away. This site has already been studied, is zoned correctly and the entire team is on
board.
3. Out of State Travel request for Tom Gaines to attend the National Association of Counties
(NACo) Annual Conference in Washington D.C. Dates are February 27, 2025 through March 5,
2025. Total amount of trip is $2.,750.00.

4. Commissioner's October 21, 2024, October 28, 2024, November 4, 2024, and November 11,
2024 Minutes for approval.
5. Out of State Travel request for Rob Jones to attend the National Association of Counties (NACo)
Annual Conference in Washington, D.C. Dates of travel are February 27 through March 5, 2025.
Estimated cost of trip is $2.,650.00.
6. Out of State Travel request for Cindy Carter to travel to Toyoyama/Komaki, Japan for the Sister
City Celebration. Dates of travel are May 14 through May 21, 2025. Estimated cost of trip is
$1.,900.00.
7. Held from November 19, 2024 Consent: Contract with Potts & Associates for legislative
representation in Olympia during the legislative sessions. The amount is $5,,280.00 with a term
of January 1, 2025 — December 31, 2026. No change in the dollar amount from 2024.
8. Extension request from McKay Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center on the Strategic
Infrastructure Program (SIP) No. 2023-01 until August 1, 2025 to complete the remaining work.
9. Recommendation of appointment from the Noxious Weed Control Board of Grant County for
Directors of Sections 2 and 4.
10. LTAC Grant Agreements as follows:
a. LTAC Grant 2025-31 to Moses Lake Chamber of Commerce for Year -Round Tourism
Promotion in the amount of $25,000.00,
b. LTAC Grant 2025-18 to Grand Coulee Dam Area Chamber of Commerce for Year -Round
Tourism Promotion in the amount of $30,000.00,
c. LTAC Grant 2025-05 to Central Basin Community Concert Association for Gonzaga
Symphony Orchestra in the amount of $2,000.00,
d. LTAC Grant 2025-06 to Central Basin Community Concert Association for The Hall Sisters
in the amount of $2,000.00,
e. LTAC Grant 2025-07 to Central Basin Community Concert Association for Undecided Fall
Concert #1 in the amount of $2,000.00, and
f. LTAC Grant 2025-080 to Central Basin Community Concert Association for Undecided
Fall Concert #2 in the amount of $2,000.00.
11. Held from November 26, 2024 Consent: Application for Funding from Crossroads Resource
Center on the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) in the amount of $75,.000.00. Remining funding
amount in the Non -County Allotment is $426,770.44.

12. Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board change of location license application for
Assumption Tier 3 Cannabis Producer License No. 416421 to be located at 5735 Road L SE Ste B
Moses Lake, Washington 98837. Recommend DENIAL under Moratorium (Ord. No. 24-066-CC)
Section 1 Relocation — Licensure.

JUVENILE COURT & YOUTH SERVICES
14. Permission for Suhail Palacios, Juvenile Court Administrator, to sign Memorandum of
Understanding (MOU) between Grant County Juvenile Court and Latino Civic Alliance. This MOU
will facilitate the sharing of client information to enable Latino Civic Alliance to provide essential
services to Latino families. The proposed term for this agreement is from November 1, 2024 to
November 11 2025.
PHRl is WORKS
15. Resolution in the matter of transferring jurisdiction of bridge 350 on R-NW Roadlog 30330 in
sections 36 on T21NR23EWM and 31 on T21NR24EWM to Grant County PUD.
16. Resolution for adoption an Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund Policy No. 24-02.
17. Request to transfer network switches to Technology Services to dispose. They are considered
obsolete and no longer used.
18. Request to purchase equipment not on the 2024 budget to replace a 2010 Ford Escape that was
in an accident and declared a total loss.
19. Request to purchase equipment not on the 2024 budget to replace a 2019 automated flagger
device that was damaged and declared a total loss.
20. Due to long delays, Public Works is seeking the approval to purchase equipment and vehicles for
2025 that are listed on the 510 budgets for the 2025 Equipment Expense Program.
21. Authorization to call for bids for a Tandem 10'-20' Chipspreader. Bid opening date will be
January 7, 2025, 9:00 a.m. in the Public Works Meeting Room.
SHERIFF'S OFFICE
22. Reimbursement for lost items for terminated employee — DeLaRosa. Total reimbursement is
$328.42.
