We want to surplus 6 AXON Laser 7's and 6 AXON body 3 cameras. We replaced our entire fleet and these tasers and cameras
are not any value to our agency. We want tothem to Grand Coulee Police Department.
They will have to purchase the cloud storage on their own. The attached list has the surplused items listed.
The triers are valued at $500 each and the cameras are valued at $100 each.

RESOLUTION DECLARING
SURPLUS CERTAIN
COUNTY -OWNED ITEMS
FOR DONATION TO A
GOVERNMENTAL AGENCY
RESOLUTION No. 25- 001 -CC
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.34.010, the Grant County Board of Commissioners
has the authority to decide whether real or personal property owned by the county is surplus to
the needs of the county; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.34.130 the Grant County Board of Commissioners may
dispose of county property to another governmental agency upon such terms as may be agreed upon
and for such consideration as may be deemed by the Board of County Commissioners to be adequate;
and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Sheriff's Office has surplus the following AXON Taser 7s
and AXON Body 3 Cameras, which are not of any value to the agency:

WHEREAS, the Grant County Sheriff s Office has requested that the Grant County Board of
Commissioners declare said radio equipment to be surplus to the needs of the county; and
WHEREAS, the items listed on Appendix A (attached) will be surplused and donated to the
Grand Coulee Police Department.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Grant County
Board of Commissioners declare as surplus the attached listed AXON Taser 7s and AXON
Body 3 Cameras to be donated to the Grand Coulee Police Department for use.
