Social Media Management Services Agreement between Eastern Sky Agency and Grant County, Dear Grant County, Attached you will find the Social Media Management Services Agreement between Grant County and Eastern Sky Agency. for the period January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. This agreement outlines our mutual commitments and the specifics of the services Eastern Sky Agency. will provide, along with the payment terms and other necessary details to ensure a seamless partnership throughout the year. Scope of Work 1. Content Management: * Regular Posting: Manage and schedule unique posts across five key social .media platforms to ensure consistent engagement. * Stories Creation: Develop and post engaging stories monthly, capturing real-time activities and promotions. 2. Content Creation and Optimization: * Creative Development: Generate compelling content tailored to showcase the unique aspects of Grant County. * Geotagging: Utilize geotags to enhance the visibility of posts and attract local and regional audiences. 3. Interaction and Engagement: * Community Management: Actively respond to comments and engage with followers daily to foster community and enhance visitor interaction. * Boosted Ads: Implement strategically boosted ads to extend reach and increase engagement, tailored to audience demographics and behaviors. 4. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Analytics and Reporting: Provide comprehensive monthly reports detailing engagement rates, reach, and the effectiveness of different content types and campaigns to continuously refine strategies. This Services Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of January 1, 2025 ("Effective Date"), by and between: Grant County ("Client") Address: PO Box 37, Ephrata, WA 98823 And Eastern Sky Agency ("Service Provider") P.O. Box 505 Grand Coulee, WA 99133 WHEREAS the Client desires to engage the Service Provider to perform social media management services. WHEREAS the Service Provider agrees to provide such services under the terms set forth herein: NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises herein contained, the parties hereto agree as follows: 1. Term of Agreement This Agreement shall commence on January 1, 2025, and shall continue in full force and effect until December 31, 2025, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions herein. 2. Services to be Provided The Service Provider shall deliver comprehensive social media management services, including but not limited to content creation, campaign management, and analytics reporting. 3. Compensation * Monthly Fee: The Client shall pay the Service Provider a monthly fee of $3,500. * Advertising Budget: The Client shall provide an additional $150 per month specifically for social media boosts and ads. 4. Payment Terms Payments are due NET30. 5. Obligations of the Service Provider The Service Provider agrees to: * Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information. * Deliver services in a professional manner. • Adhere to the specified advertising budget while maximizing impact. 6. Termination This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon 30 days' written notice to the other party. 7. Independent Contractor Status Eastern Sky Agency is engaged as an independent contractor. Nothing herein shall be deemed to create an employer -employee relationship between the parties. 8. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washi ngton . 9. Hold Harmless Clause: Eastern Sky LLC agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Grant County and its agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from our services, except in cases of negligence by Grant County. We have been just printing out the emails from Rebekah saying that the contract is fine, and the Commissioners have been good with that as the "sign off" from PAO, but if you'd prefer signing something, I can do that, too. Our office is working on switching the Consent process to a fully digital format using Laserfiche Forms. The goal is to be switched to digital signatures in the near future (maybe February!). Not sure if that is something that you/Rebekah/Kevin want to discuss with the Commissioners, but we're on it! We've been working with TS to get everyone the LF access needed for the forms. Thanks!
