RE: Request to Transfer Funds for LTAC
As part of the beginning of the year process, the LTAC transfers funds that are awarded to the
Tourism Advisory Committee from LTAC Grants. On October 28, 2024, the County
Commissioners awarded the Grant County Tourism Advisory Committee a grant of
$300,000.00 for calendar year 2025.
This transfer allows Tourism to pay invoices monthly and will be reconciled in December 2025
with accounting to ensure any remaining funds are returned to the LTAC fund.
This transfer request is for:

Transfer To: 114.156.00.0000.397000003 Tourism
Amount: $30000.00
