At the request of one of the ARPA beneficiaries, Jacob's Well, the Grant County Board of County
Commissioners are hereby adjusting the amount allocated by Beneficiary Agreement to Jacob's Well
from $72,000 to $44,000. These funds will be utilized by this entity for working with and transporting to
treatment individuals identified as chemically dependent within Grant County. Most of these individuals
are chronically homeless. There will be a new Beneficiary Agreement signed with Jacob's Well to follow
up on this decision.
