RESOLUTION TO DECLARE GRANT RESOLUTION No. 24 - � �3 -CC
COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS SURPLUS OF
CERTAIN COUNTY -OWNED PROPERTY
AND ORDERING THE SALE THEREOF
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners gave of its intention to surplus and
dispose of said property listed on Attachments A through the following site: www.eba..com; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the said proposition on November 18, 2024 at
3 :3 0 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, having fully considered the proposition, finds that
said Public Works county -owned property are not required for County purposes and that the
public will benefit by declaring said property surplus and disposing of them in a manner
consistent with RCW 36.34.080.

SUBJECT: Request Hearing to Declare County -Owned Property Surplus and the Sale
Thereof on Ebay
We respectfully request a hearing to declare specific county -owned assets as surplus and
subsequently authorize its sale on Ebay. The assets consists of surplus items comprising of
the following:
1. #2079 — Canon Powershot ELPH 135 Camera
2. 77 — 24" Vertical File Clamps
3. 6 — 18" Vertical File Clamps
4. 96 Swinging File Clamp Brackets
5. 9 Metal Wall Mounts for Swinging Brackets
These items and equipment are being added to surplus due to lack of use and age of devices.
Your attention and consideration to this matter are greatly appreciated.
