The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider the following surplus request from
Public Works for miscellaneous county -owned property and the sale thereof:
1. #2079 - Canon Powershot ELPH 135 Camera
2. 77 - 24" Vertical File Clamps
3. 6 - 18" Vertical File Clamps
4. 96 -Swinging File Clamp Brackets
5.9 -Metal Wall Mounts for Swinging Brackets
Zachary Washburn, Public Works Engineering Tech - 3 gave a brief overview of their request.
A motion was made by Commissioner Jones, seconded by Commissioner Carter, to close the public
comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. A motion
was made by Commissioner Jones to approve the surplus as presented. Commissioner Carter seconded
and the motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. The hearing adjourned. (Resolution No.
