Dear Commissioners,:
Felycite Guerra is the only application received for Payroll Administrator" I would like to
start her at Band 13 Step 4. This is one step overt hat I am allowed to do without board
approval. Felycite has been here since October 3, 2022 and s currently at a band 12 step
4. Based on Felycite"s continuous performance and assessment of readiness in
processing payroll and filing reports, her skill set is already at this level.
