From there, Laserfiche will upload that information into the system for us to access. It will also house the documents, so the answer to your question I think is a bit of both. You previously were concerned with the HIPAA piece and Laserfiche typically doesn't cover that type of information in their Statement of Work, which is why we moved to the BAA. Hope that helps!
