F • (509) 667-7760 • WENATCHEE, WASHINGTON 98801 514 WEST "THIRD (609) 765-7460 MOSES LAKE, WASHINGTON 98837 MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING Retroactive Bench Pay for Designated Crisis Responders (DCRs) This Memorandum. of Understanding is entered into by and between Teamsters Local No. 760, representing the recognized employees of the Renew Crisis Response Unit, hereinafter referred to as the "Union", and Grant County, Wasl-ington, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer". In response to the grievance, "Retroactive Bench Pay for Designated Crisis Responders (DCRs)," dated September 18, 2024, and pursuant to Article 11.8, section (e) and Article 10.8.3 of the current Teamsters No. 760 Local Union Collective Bargaining Agreement, effective January 1, 2024 — December 31, 2025, the Union and Employer agree to the following: • DCRs shall be compensated, retroactively, effective January 1, 2024, at the current negotiated wage rate for "On -call pool" (bench) hours worked.
