CENTRAL SERVICES 2. Amendment to Clemons, Rutherford & Associates, Inc. (CRA) (Jail Architect) contract. The value of the project is higher than originally contracted. This reflects the higher value and the firm's lower percentage (lowering from 6.84% to 5.5%). 3. Annexation and Developers agreement between the City of Ephrata and Grant County regarding the Jail.
