COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS SURPLUS OF
CERTAIN COUNTY -OWNED PROPERTY
AND ORDERING THE SALE THEREOF
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners gave of its intention

said Public Works County -owned vehicles and equipment are not required q ed for County purposes
and that the public will benefit by declaring said vehicles and equipment ' surplus and disposing
of them in a manner consistent with RCW 36.34.080.

Thereof
We respectfully request to declare a specific count nty-owned asset as surplus and
subsequently authorize its sale. The asset consists of a surplus vehicle comprising the
following:
