Request from Coulee Creative to purchase 2,500 Tourism Bags from NBS Promos for the 2025 calendar year. Total amount of $6,589.54. 6. Request for Coulee Creative to sign Influencer Agreement between Lain Van Ogle and Grant County to provide social media posts and other content to promote tourism in Grant County in the amount of $5,000.00. Dates.of visit will be October 26 and 2712024. JUVENILE COURT & YOUTH SERVICES 7. Requesting approval to upgrade the current Rite Track System to the latest version. Estimated total cost for this upgrade is $33,750-00. The cost is expected to be covered by Technology Services in the beginning of the upcoming fiscal year. Term of contract is September 30, 2024 and will remain in effect until legislative updates necessitate or cancel by either party. PROSECUTING ATTORNEY 9. Appointment of Oath of Office of Special Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Nathan Smith of Kutak Rock, LLP of Spokane to represent and provide legal advice to the Grant County Planning Department regarding land use matters on an as assigned basis. PHRI IC WORKS 10. Parametrix Exhibit A: Amendment Nine Change No. 1, clean up of the Ephrata Landfill RI/FS Engineering Services, from July 13, 2024 to December 31, 2024 for $336,748.36. 11. Request to purchase equipment and vehicles listed on the 101 budget for the 2025 equipment expense program. These items will not be delivered or invoiced until after January 1, 2025. RENEW 12.
