HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 24-101-CCBOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS Grant County, Washington RESOLUTION TO DECLARE GRANT RESOLUTION No. 24 - lot -CC COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS SURPLUS OF CERTAIN COUNTY -OWNED PROPERTY AND ORDERING THE SALE THEREOF WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners gave of its intention to surplus and dispose of said property listed on Attachments A through the following site: www.publicsLjMlus.com; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the said proposition on October 15, 2024 at 3:3 0 p.m. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, having fully considered the proposition, finds that said Public Works county -owned property are not required for County purposes and that the public will benefit by declaring said property surplus and disposing of them in a manner consistent with RCW 36.34.080.
