SUBJECT- Request Hearing to Declare County -Owned Property Surplus and the Sale
Thereof on Ebay
We respectfully request a hearing to declare specific county -owned assets as surplus and
subsequently authorize its sale on Ebay. The assets consists of surplus items comprising of
the following-.
1. #2079 — Canon Powershot ELPH 135 Camera
2. 77 — 24" Vertical File Clamps
3. 6 — 18" Vertical File Clamps
4. 96 Swinging File Clamp Brackets
5. 9.Metal Wall Mounts for Swinging Brackets
These items and equipment are being added to surplus due to lack of use and age of devices.
Your attention and consideration to this matter are greatly appreciated.
