Dear Commissioners,
I am writing to formally request approval to upgrade our current Rite Tracks stem y to the latest
HTML5 version. As you are aware, Rite Track is the web -based case management system ystem we rely
on, and the current version we use is no longer supported by modern web browse
rs, posing
potential risks and inefficiencies.
The estimated total cost for this upgrade is $33,750, and the w' quote provided

This is a quote for the RiteTrack Software from Handel Information Technologies, Inc. a Wyoming

described in this Order Quote including the License Fees and Hosting Fees as set forth below.

For licensed software hosted by Licensor, Licensee will ensure an environment consistingf o at least
the following minimum requirements in which to operate the RiteTrack software application:

• Screen Resolution: 1280 x 1024 (17" monitor or greater suggested)
• Network: 100 mbps
• RiteTrack application
