estimate are EXCLUDED.
*In the event that additional quantity is encountered on site, or added by owner, Contract Unit Prices will prevail accordingly. ONE
MOBILIZATION INCLUDED IN QUOTE. ADDITIONAL MOBILIZATIONS WILL BE $1000.00 PER EACH.
*Interest on any unpaid balance over 30 days from billing date will be charged at 1.5% interest per month. Eastside Asphalt, Inc. reserves the
right to hold owner responsible for any and all costs incurred through collections of monies owed to Eastside Asphalt, Inc. and not constricted or
limited to reasonable attorneys fees, court cost, and interest when pursuing payment from the contractor or property owner. Eastside Asphalt
reserves the right to place a lien on construction property/parcel while pursuing payment of unpaid balances.
As Property Owner or Authorized Contractor Representative I agree to the terms above and authorize Eastside Asphalt, Inc. to proceed with
construction and furnish all materials and labor to complete the work as described in the quote above.
