BRIEF PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This p ' roject will support continued training for the developing Rescue. Task Force Teams (ATF), A Rescue Task -Force is a team
consisting of law enforcement and Fire/EMS, This,tearn has the .ski lls and training to enter into a "warm zone" after -a mass
casualty incident and renderaid to the hurt. Law enforcement deems the area a warm zone and then Conti . nues to provide
protection to Fire/EMS while they render aid. A "warm zone" is an area where a potential throat exists but the're is no direct or
zone
immediate threat, Traditionally an area must be considered a "cold ll prior to Fire/ EMS entry. This causes a delay '
