SUBJECT: Purchase of Waste -Oil Heater for Moses Lake Shop
Dear BoCC,
Serial No. 24.087
Due to the failure of the current waste -oil heater at the Moses Lake Shop, authorization is
requested to purchase a replacement unit. The new waste -oil heater, which utilizes used oil to
provide heat for the shop, will be proc'ured from North Star Clean Concepts at a total cost of
$17,757.11, inclusive of sales tax.
Your approval for this purchase is respectfully requested.
