Courthouse Unit
Regarding: Grant County Clerk's Office Reclassification of Wages
This Memorandum of Understanding is entered into by and between the Grant County Public
Employees Association, representing the recognized employees of the Courthouse Unit hereinafter
referred to as the "Union", and Grant County, Washington, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer".
The parties agree to increase wages, as detailed below, within the Clerks Office for the following
positions: Accounting Deputy,, Court Facilitator, Deputy Clerk 1, Deputy Clerk 2, Deputy Clerk 3,
Deputy Clerk 4, Deputy Clerk Lead, DMS Op/Doc Clerk, and Records Clerk. This wage increase is
effective the first day of the full pay period that includes the date of January L 2024.
