We respectfully request to declare specific county -owned asset as surplus and transferred
to Technical Services for recycling or disposal. The asset consists of surplus items
comprising of the following:
1. #2707 — 10 Key Business Calculator
2. #3055 — Lenovo Laptop
3. #3015 — HP Laptop
4. #201298 — Lenovo ThinkCentre All -in -One Desktop Computer
5. (2) — HP TouchSmart All -in -One Desktop Computer
These items and equipment are being added to surplus due to lack of use and age of
devices.

CERTAIN COUNTY -OWNED ITEMS TO BE
TRANSFERRED TO GRANT COUNTY
TECHNOLOGY SERVICES FOR
RECYCLING OR DISPOSAL
WHEREAS, Grant County Public Works has the following county -owned assets in their
possession:

• Asset No. 3 015 — HP Laptop
• Asset No. 201298 — Lenovo

WHEREAS, Grant County Public Works is requesting that the Board of County Commissioners
declare surplus the attached list of computer equipment; and
WHEREAS, it is the intent of Grant County Public Works to transfer these items to Grant
County Technology Services for recycling or disposal.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare as surplus the list of computer equipment to be transferred to Grant County
Technology Services
