RESOLUTION TO DECLARE RESOLUTION No. 24- 0'70 -CC
SURPLUS GRANT COUNTY
SHERIFF'S OFFICE BALLISTIC
BODY ARMOR
WHEREAS, The Grant County Sheriff s Office has 18 Ballistic Body Armors in their
possession, with the following Asset Tags:

WHEREAS, they have determined that this Body Armor is no longer usable and unable
to be issued for service; and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Sheriff's Office (Corrections) is requesting that the Grant
County Board of Commissioners declare surplus these items; and
WHEREAS, once surplused, this Body Armor will be properly destroyed and disposed
of.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare as surplus the attached list of Ballistic Body Armor.
