RESOLUTION TO DECLARE SURPLUS RESOLUTION No. 24- 053 -CC
CERTAIN COUNTY -OWNED
PROPERTY (THROUGH RENEW) AND
ORDERING THE SALE THEREOF
WHEREAS, Grant County (through Renew) gave its intention to surplus and dispose of
said miscellaneous vehicles listed on ATTACHMENT A through the following site:
www.publicsurplus. com; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the said proposition on August 20, 2024 at
3 :00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, having fully considered the proposition, finds that
said County -owned vehicles are not required for County purposes and that the public will benefit
by declaring said vehicles surplus and disposing of them in a manner consistent with RCW
36.34.080.
