Vehicles averaging over 10,000 miles annually will incur a monthly charge of $1.03 per mile for cars I and SUVs .1 and $1.30 per mile for pickups. Vehicles averagi I ng fewer than 10,000 miles per year will be billed annually in January: $10,300 for cars/SUVs and $13, for pickups.
