Thank you for updating me on the status of the Reimbursement request for SIP 2019-04. I have searched through all
files that I could find with this SIP granted project and I am unable to find any other invoices for the project. Please
relinquish the balance back to the County SIP account. And thank you again for all your help.

Good morning,
just wanted to let you know that I am processing your reimbursement request today in the amount of
$112,627.60. It will take about 2 weeks before accounting will send out a check due to staffing, they are only
processing payables every other week.
You still have a balance of $9,872.40 left on this grant, do you think you will have any final vouchers or will you
relinquish the balance back to the County SIP account?
